What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, e-mail address, country and the description of your requirement. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry and, where it leads to business, to carry out the sourcing work you asked for. The legal basis is your explicit request and our legitimate interest in responding to it.

Who sees it

Derident staff. Where sourcing your requirement means approaching suppliers, we share only what is necessary to obtain a quotation — never your contact details without telling you first. We do not sell, rent or trade contact information under any circumstances.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted within two years. Records relating to actual transactions are kept for the period required by Turkish commercial and tax law.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to derident@derident.com.tr and we will respond within thirty days, as KVKK requires.

This notice is provided in good faith as a plain-language summary. Before the site goes live it should be reviewed by Derident's own legal adviser against the company's actual data practices.
