Derident produces cold-pressed and warm-pressed extra virgin olive oil from its own olive groves in the Aegean region, and supplies it to selected retail food outlets.
The groves are the company owner’s own land. Harvest timing, pressing method, acidity, storage and packaging are managed by us, not bought in — which is why we can speak about agricultural sourcing from experience rather than from a supplier list.
